• Our tours will proceed as scheduled regardless of the weather conditions. Unfavourable weather is not a valid reason for tour cancellation.
• Live Life Barcelona shall not be held liable for any changes or cancellations in our itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight delays, unavailability of docking sites, or unexpected closures of tourist sit

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date: a cancellation fee of 30€ per cancelled service.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date: a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the cancelled services.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the cancelled services.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date will not be refunded.
• Clients who are no-shows (i.e. fail to show up for the tour) will not be refunded 
• Refunds will be sent back to your credit card (if you paid online) unless otherwise agreed with the client. The client will shoulder any costs or commissions required for the refund transfer.
